The Fairway Nine Condominiums sit right on the Elkhorn Golf Course, in a quiet and protected setting, close to Dollar Mountain Ski Area and 10 minutes into downtown Ketchum. The town shuttle bus stops just outside the complex. Amenities include Wi-Fi, complimentary parking and a washer and dryer.

The Crestview Condominiums are located within walking distance to the River Run Base area and Downtown Ketchum. Amenities include: Vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, washer/dryer and a common area hot tub.

ndora Villa offers sleek 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Sun Valley mountain vacation condos three blocks from the slopes and two blocks from town. Hiking and biking trails, restaurants and shops are within a short walk or drive from Andora Villa. After a day on the trails, some have private outdoor hot tub offers a relaxing spot to unwind. Nestled in a peaceful and secluded neighborhood with views of Trail Creek, these two-level condos combine modern style with comfort. Living areas feature wood floors, premium furnishings, a flat-screen TV and a stone fireplace. Queen beds furnish the guestrooms, and the master bedroom has an en suite bath. This 2 bedroom plus den, 3 bath, 2,200 square foot home offers clean, pleasing accommodations with basic furnishings and some updated features. The Saddle Road home has a spacious great room, gas-ignited, wood-burning rock fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably, and French doors open up to the home's large front patio. The Saddle Ridge home is an easy 5 minute walk to Sun Valley Village and just 1/2 mile from downtown Ketchum. The Ketchum/Sun Valley bike path is just outside the door. The house is also within 2.5 miles of all three ski area base lodges - Warm Springs and River Run Lodges and Dollar Mountain Lodge. The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum. The home offers wireless internet service, a two-car garage, and washer/dryer for your convenience.

Skyline Drive is a stunning three-level home, located across from Dollar Mountain and only 2 miles from downtown Ketchum, which is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop. Also accessible from that bus stop is Sun Valley's iconic Bald Mountain. With views from nearly every angle, this 4 bedroom plus bonus room, 5.5 bathroom estate home is perfect for pretty much any traveling group. The master suite has a king bed, and three additional rooms each have a queen, and the fourth bedroom, which is slightly detached from the main part of the home, contains two double beds. The home’s open floor plan offers a variety of spaces for entertainment and relaxation, including a back patio area with a fire pit and waterfall, deck sitting area, living area with a fireplace and a game room with an HD TV, pool table, arcade machine and stick hockey game. Skyline Drive also features a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area, office, laundry area, one-car stall in the garage, air-conditioning and complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access. Experience nature trails for biking, hiking, walking and even cross-country skiing just beyond the backyard!

This deluxe 2600 sqft tri-level 4 bedroom/ 4 bath townhome is located in Elkhorn and will sleep up to 10 guests. As you enter the townhome there is a large foyer with a flight of stairs that takes you to the main living quarters of the home. With high ceilings and open living the living and kitchen area gets great light. The living room has a 65-inch flat-screen TV and wood-burning fireplace (please note it is currently being worked on and is not in use until further notice). Off the living area is a table with 4 chairs for extra seating. The kitchen is large and spacious for entertaining with stainless steel appliances and an island bar with 4 bar stools for extra seating. The dining room has a large dining table that seats 6-8 people. There is access to a large deck with a gas grill, outdoor table, and chairs.

These three level deluxe townhomes are located in the heart of Sun Valley's River Run. The units feature a two-story ceiling in the great room with large floor to ceiling windows facing Bald Mountain. Elegance abounds, from the grand stone entryway to the great room level with living, dining, and kitchen areas and master bedroom suite. A beautiful, shaded deck with mountain views is accessible from the living room. No children under 10 are allowed in this location.
