Located in NW Ketchum this upscale two bedroom, two bath all on one level, corner condo offers approx. 1000 square feet of living area and will sleep up to 4 guests. Only 5 blocks to town and a short drive to the lifts, this condo is conveniently located to the bike path as well. There is underground parking for one car and over flow parking outside the complex.

The Greyhawk Condominiums are conveniently located in Warm Springs, about 1 block from the lifts and Warm Springs Base Lodge. The free town bus stops nearby and provides service to all areas of the resort. The Greyhawk complex offers a summer and winter season outdoor swimming pool (heated in winter), complimentary parking, common laundry facilities and wireless internet.

The Cottonwood Condominiums are located in Sun Valley Village, less than a 5 minute stroll away from the ice rink, shops and restaurants. The town shuttle bus will take you into downtown Ketchum or to the ski resort, 2 miles away. The Cottonwood complex consists of 18 buildings, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available. Some units have access to Sun Valley Resort amenities such as the pool and hot tub.

Tucked onto a five-acre lot with views of Bald Mountain and the surrounding peaks, this Elkhorn vacation rental is just minutes from skiing. Its spacious interiors and five suite-style bedrooms can accommodate ten friends or family members in modern comfort. Morning Star Road 715 opens to a beautiful patio with fantastic views. When there’s snow on the ground, entertain indoors in the inviting games room, which features a pool table, ping-pong table and wet bar. As a bonus, there are two twin beds in the loft area. Two additional bedrooms are located downstairs, one with a queen and the other with a full bed. These bedrooms each have a separate full bath. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of seating for the whole family. The adjoining living room features a gas-burning fireplace and large windows bringing in lots of light and a view of Mt. Baldy in the distance. You can enjoy the expansive deck off the kitchen/dining room for outdoor entertaining and your summer cookout on the gas grill. There is also a large family room with a flat screen TV and a full bath attached on the lower level. For your convenience, there is one stall available for guest parking in the attached garage.

The master bedroom on the second floor has a king bed and en suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with en suite bath, and the third offers full-sized bunk beds for the kids. The living room has a stereo and TV and the dining area seats six. The home enjoys great sunlight, making for a bright and warm escape.

The living room, with vaulted ceiling, opens to a generous deck. Located in the center of Elkhorn, the Ridge is within walking distance of Elkhorn amenities, the community bike/pedestrian path, and the KART free town bus stop for a short ride to the ski areas, Sun Valley village, and Ketchum.
