The Horizons IV condominiums are some of the best mid-priced condominiums in River Run area. The units all have access to a pool, hot tub, coin-operated laundry facility, and are within walking distance to the town of Ketchum. The Horizons IV condominiums offer a good opportunity for proximity to lifts and downtown. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about 50 yards from the condo and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.

Willow Road 2 is a fantastic family home in beautiful Lane Ranch, Sun Valley, Idaho. This well-appointed 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is ideal for families or a group of friends. Sitting on just under three-quarters of an acre, Willow Road 2 features a family room with surround-sound and a spacious great room with a large kitchen -- perfect features for entertaining. This home is all on one level except for one bedroom upstairs. Three bedrooms are on the main floor. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath. There is access to a nice deck with mountain views and outdoor furniture. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked and has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There are 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter top. The dinning table seats six. Also on this level you will find the master bedroom with King bed, a 55 inch flat screen with cable/apple tv and access to small deck. The master bath has a 2 sink vanity, sunken jetted tub and a separate shower. There is a large walk in closet as well.

As you enter the townhome there is a hallway to the right with full size bath with single sink vanity and shower only. There is a stack washer/dryer in the hallway closet. Down the hall is one of the 3 bedrooms. It has twin size bunk bed and 36 inch flat screen TV. Access to the one car garage is located on this level.

Originally built to Averell Harriman’s specifications, the Harriman Cottage was reconstructed in 2004 on the edge of Sun Valley Lake.
