The newest addition to our Cottage portfolio, the Chateau is a stunning four bedroom, four-and-a-half bath home with just over 5,000 square feet of livable space. Inside you will find an open floorplan complemented by three fireplaces, a large kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, and a spacious living room. The home’s sprawling back patio overlooks the serene Sun Valley Lake and offers ample space for outdoor dining and lounge seating.

The Dollar Cottage is spacious and luxurious, with six roomy bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, three with a queen bed and two with a twin bed in each. Overlooking the lake, this sprawling residence has a wood-burning fireplace and wet bar in the main living area, a family room, an expansive master suite with connecting bath and a full marble kitchen. Walk outside, and you'll find a Jacuzzi with a view of the lake.

You will adore this stunning 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom townhome, centrally located in downtown Ketchum. Beautifully styled with tasteful furnishings, a modern kitchen, and unique dining area, this home is great for entertaining and gathering the whole crew. Sitting at the base of Bald Mountain, the views from this townhome are unmatched, and guests can soak in these incredible views from a comfortable balcony accessible from the living room. With 3 bedrooms and a bunkroom for the kids, the unit is perfect for families or groups of couples. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and private balcony access. Plan your next exciting ski-cation at this cozy, three-bedroom condo located at the base of Dollar Mountain complete with a gas fireplace, full kitchen, balcony, and room for up to eight lucky guests. Visitors can also enjoy a shared outdoor pool and hot tub during the summer months. When the snow is falling, ski or walk over to the Dollar lifts for beginner and intermediate fun up on the adjacent hill. Those looking to challenge some of the more advanced runs in the area can hop on the convenient shuttle and take a short ride over to Baldy. Downtown Ketchum, just a mile-and-a-half away, is a must-visit destination for year-round festivities, fantastic restaurants, shops, gardens, and galleries. This rental is also close to the Sun Valley Pavillion so that you can relax out on your balcony with a glass of local wine and enjoy the occasional Summer Symphony concert. Grab a book and warm yourself by the gas fireplace or keep up with your favorite shows one of the two flatscreen, cable TVs. While this condo does not currently come with WiFi, you should have no trouble getting online in one of the coffee shops or other businesses over in Ketchum, there is shared wifi in the Clubhouse. During the summer months, you can fire up the gas grill and have a cookout on your patio, or take a stroll over to the shared community pool and hot tub.

Comfortable and affordable, the Atelier Condominiums are located in Sun Valley Village, across the street from Sun Valley Lake. The bus stop is only 2 blocks away. The Pavilion where free symphonies and other concerts take place during the summer is just a leisurely walk up the hill, as is the ice rink and the charming Village area.

The Westridge Condos offer an outstanding location for gathering your family and friends to enjoy the Sun Valley outdoor amenities! The complex offers a community hot tub, elevator, and underground assigned parking. Each condo includes air-conditioning, wireless internet, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Very easy access to skiing, town, biking, fishing and all that this town has to offer. Located in west Ketchum, an easy walk to lifts, shops, restaurants and shopping.
