If you want affordable accommodations in a great location this is it! Trail View West Condominiums offer one of the most convenient locations in the entire Sun Valley area. Very easy access to skiing, town, biking, fishing and all that this town has to offer. Located in west Ketchum, an easy walk to lifts, shops, restaurants and shopping.

The Sun Valley Inn opened its doors in 1937 and is still where to stay if you're looking for a welcoming and stylish place to lay your head. Now boasting a full convention center, the Inn has gracious European-inspired dècor with the finest fabrics, carpeting and wall coverings. Guests can head to the Ram restaurant for a gourmet bite and sip on a cocktail in the lounge, while the Village Station offers family-friendly food and fun. Conveniently located condominiums just south of downtown Ketchum on Trail Creek. Spacious rooms with fine finishes of natural stone, tile and hardwood floors, and an open living room/kitchen area. The Cottonwood Condominiums are located in Sun Valley Village, less than a 5 minute stroll away from the ice rink, shops and restaurants. The town shuttle bus will take you into downtown Ketchum or to the ski resort, 2 miles away. The Cottonwood complex consists of 18 buildings, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available. Some units have access to Sun Valley Resort amenities such as the pool and hot tub.

The Greyhawk Condominiums are conveniently located in Warm Springs, about 1 block from the lifts and Warm Springs Base Lodge. The free town bus stops nearby and provides service to all areas of the resort. The Greyhawk complex offers a summer and winter season outdoor swimming pool (heated in winter), complimentary parking, common laundry facilities and wireless internet.
