The free town bus stops nearby and provides service to all areas of the resort. The Greyhawk complex offers a summer and winter season outdoor swimming pool (heated in winter), complimentary parking, common laundry facilities and wireless internet.

The Residences at the Colonnade combine the comfort of a single-level luxury condo in a historic village setting with the Old World charm of a finely crafted Alpine living experience. The Colonnade condos offer a seamless blend of sophistication and elegance with a panoramic view of Bald Mountain. Condos feature an open floor plan with a fireplace, washer/dryer, air-conditioning, and a heated one-car garage. Located right in the heart of downtown Ketchum, you really won’t need a car on this vacation.

These deluxe condos are a ten-minute walk from all that the village has to offer, including dining and shopping options. Located close to downtown Ketchum, this 2-story A-Frame style cottage will sleep up to 6 guests. This cottage has so much to offer. Private hot tub, fenced yard, walking distance to shopping and dining, and is pet friendly. On the main level is a great room with a gas fireplace and sitting area and dining table that seats 6. There is access to the backyard and patio area with a gas BBQ. The kitchen is fully stocked and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 3 bar stools at the counter. One of the 2 bathrooms is located on this level with a single sink vanity and combination shower/tub. There is a stack washer/dryer in a hallway closet off the bathroom.

Located in downtown Ketchum, this beautiful River Street West 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is the perfect Sun Valley summer or ski vacation home. Walk out your front door and you are just a few minutes from fly fishing the Big Wood River or heading up Bald Mountain on the River Run ski lifts. From the spacious master suite, wake up to beautiful mountain views from the king poster bed. This suite also includes a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and sitting area. The second master suite also features a king bed, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and desk area. The home has 2 additional guest bedrooms that both have en suite baths. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the second guest has twin bunk beds. The home has a wonderful outdoor space with a beautifully furnished patio, with fire pit and gas grill, which is the perfect place to enjoy the fresh mountain air or a meal under the stars. Other amenities at the home include a washer and dryer, air-conditioning and a 2-car garage.

Guests staying at Stonehenge Condos in Ketchum will enjoy an easy three block walk to dinner and shopping and close proximity to the River Run Ski Lifts. Condos have a full kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, wireless internet, and on-site parking. Guests can also make use of the free town shuttle, which picks up half a block away from the condos and transports to both the ski lifts on Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum.
