As a bonus, there are two twin beds in the loft area. Two additional bedrooms are located downstairs, one with a queen and the other with a full bed. These bedrooms each have a separate full bath. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of seating for the whole family. The adjoining living room features a gas-burning fireplace and large windows bringing in lots of light and a view of Mt. Baldy in the distance. You can enjoy the expansive deck off the kitchen/dining room for outdoor entertaining and your summer cookout on the gas grill. There is also a large family room with a flat screen TV and a full bath attached on the lower level. For your convenience, there is one stall available for guest parking in the attached garage.

The fully-stocked kitchen has three bar stools at the counter top. Off to the side of the kitchen is a small table which seats six for casual dining. The main dining table seats 6-10. Townsend Lodge (112 Garnet) is on a quiet street in old Ketchum. This wonderful 2,200 square foot log home, which looks out on a large open field, offers spectacular views of Mount Baldy - Ketchum’s main ski area. The great room is a spacious living area with a wood-burning fireplace, a dining room table for 8 and a small library/sitting area. The two master bedrooms each have king beds and their own baths. French doors open out to a deck to the backyard and a spacious slate-lined hot tub. Down the hall, there is an additional queen bedroom and an Adirondack style bunk room which comfortably sleeps 4. Both bedrooms share a hallway bath close by. Amenities include a washer/dryer, high-speed internet, 4 televisions (one 40” high definition flat screen,) 2 DVD players, CD player with iPod dock, Sony Playstation 2, and a gas grill.

Located near the Sun Valley Lodge, the Guest Cottage is like your own home on the mountain. This two-floor cottage has four spacious bedrooms. The first floor hosts the living room with gas fireplace, the dining room, the kitchen, a master suite with a king-size bed and another bedroom with a king-size bed. Two rooms with two twin beds each and a shared bath are on the second floor. There's a beautiful porch that's great for enjoying breakfast before you head out for the day.
