Located right in the heart of downtown Ketchum, you really won’t need a car on this vacation.

Habitat Condominiums offer comfortable accommodations in a prime location for both winter and summer-time activities. They are conveniently located in Ketchum above Trail Creek about eight blocks from the River Run ski lifts and the Big Wood River. There are two large outdoor hot tubs and one assigned parking space. Downtown Ketchum is approximately three blocks away with dining, art galleries, and shopping easily accessible. There is a free town shuttle that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.

Take in the scenery from your Ridge condominium, with beautiful golf course and mountain views. Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace and washer/dryer. These townhomes have 4,100 square feet of living space and include four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a den, an office and a two-car attached garage. Located at the base of Bald Mountain, The Hemingways is one the few ski-in ski-out properties available in Sun Valley. The Prospector Condominiums, located in beautiful Warm Springs, are a short walk to world-famous Bald Mountain. This property has a 30 night min in the winter because it is considered to be in the avalanche zone per the city. Warm Springs Creek is just out the back door. A complimentary town shuttle stops about a block away, with service to downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley Village. The complex has three common area hot tubs, a summer-only pool and guest laundry facilities.

Skyline Drive is a stunning three-level home, located across from Dollar Mountain and only 2 miles from downtown Ketchum, which is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop. Also accessible from that bus stop is Sun Valley's iconic Bald Mountain. With views from nearly every angle, this 4 bedroom plus bonus room, 5.5 bathroom estate home is perfect for pretty much any traveling group. The master suite has a king bed, and three additional rooms each have a queen, and the fourth bedroom, which is slightly detached from the main part of the home, contains two double beds. The home’s open floor plan offers a variety of spaces for entertainment and relaxation, including a back patio area with a fire pit and waterfall, deck sitting area, living area with a fireplace and a game room with an HD TV, pool table, arcade machine and stick hockey game. Skyline Drive also features a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area, office, laundry area, one-car stall in the garage, air-conditioning and complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access.
