The Ranch Condominiums are located in Elkhorn at Sun Valley, minutes away from the world famous Sun Valley ski resort. This 100-condominium unit complex was built in 1972 and has its own recreation club house with summer season pool and year-round hot tub.

Also accessible from that bus stop is Sun Valley's iconic Bald Mountain. Located in NW Ketchum this upscale two bedroom, two bath all on one level, corner condo offers approx. 1000 square feet of living area and will sleep up to 4 guests. Only 5 blocks to town and a short drive to the lifts, this condo is conveniently located to the bike path as well. There is underground parking for one car and over flow parking outside the complex.

This luxury tri-level West Ketchum townhome has 3 bedrooms/ 3 baths and will sleep up to 6 guests. As you enter the townhome there is a hallway to the right with full size bath with single sink vanity and shower only. There is a stack washer/dryer in the hallway closet. Down the hall is one of the 3 bedrooms. It has twin size bunk bed and 36 inch flat screen TV. Access to the one car garage is located on this level.
