The Cottonwood Condominiums are located in Sun Valley Village, less than a 5 minute stroll away from the ice rink, shops and restaurants. The town shuttle bus will take you into downtown Ketchum or to the ski resort, 2 miles away. The Cottonwood complex consists of 18 buildings, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available. Some units have access to Sun Valley Resort amenities such as the pool and hot tub.

Skyline Drive is a stunning three-level home, located across from Dollar Mountain and only 2 miles from downtown Ketchum, which is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop. Also accessible from that bus stop is Sun Valley's iconic Bald Mountain. With views from nearly every angle, this 4 bedroom plus bonus room, 5.5 bathroom estate home is perfect for pretty much any traveling group. The master suite has a king bed, and three additional rooms each have a queen, and the fourth bedroom, which is slightly detached from the main part of the home, contains two double beds. The home’s open floor plan offers a variety of spaces for entertainment and relaxation, including a back patio area with a fire pit and waterfall, deck sitting area, living area with a fireplace and a game room with an HD TV, pool table, arcade machine and stick hockey game. Skyline Drive also features a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area, office, laundry area, one-car stall in the garage, air-conditioning and complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access. Conveniently situated three blocks from the River Run base area and five blocks from downtown Ketchum, the Christophe Condominiums provide guests with ideal access to all that Sun Valley has to offer—on and off the slopes. Guests can also easily hop on the town shuttle from the Christophe, which provides free service to the ski lifts and all areas of the resort. Boasting a four-season outdoor pool and an outdoor hot tub, the Christophe provides guests with relaxing amenities perfect after a full day on the slopes. Accommodations range from studio units to 1 or 2 bedroom condos and feature wood-burning fireplaces and fully-equipped kitchens.

The units feature a two-story ceiling in the great room with large floor to ceiling windows facing Bald Mountain. Elegance abounds, from the grand stone entryway to the great room level with living, dining, and kitchen areas and master bedroom suite. A beautiful, shaded deck with mountain views is accessible from the living room. No children under 10 are allowed in this location.

The Harriman Five Townhome is conveniently located in the heart of Sun Valley's River Run area. These three-level townhomes are spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, 2-car garage, and a deck with wonderful views of Bald Mountain.

Located in NW Ketchum this upscale two bedroom, two bath all on one level, corner condo offers approx. 1000 square feet of living area and will sleep up to 4 guests. Only 5 blocks to town and a short drive to the lifts, this condo is conveniently located to the bike path as well. There is underground parking for one car and over flow parking outside the complex.

ndora Villa offers sleek 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Sun Valley mountain vacation condos three blocks from the slopes and two blocks from town. Hiking and biking trails, restaurants and shops are within a short walk or drive from Andora Villa. After a day on the trails, some have private outdoor hot tub offers a relaxing spot to unwind. Nestled in a peaceful and secluded neighborhood with views of Trail Creek, these two-level condos combine modern style with comfort. Living areas feature wood floors, premium furnishings, a flat-screen TV and a stone fireplace. Queen beds furnish the guestrooms, and the master bedroom has an en suite bath. Kitchens are fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and feature granite countertops and breakfast bar, as well as an adjoining dining area. Amenities include cable TV, Wi-Fi, BBQ grill and parking.
