Thunder Springs Condominiums are located next to the Bigwood Golf course in Ketchum and have access to an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and underground parking. Condos have an open layout, with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, deck or patio and in-unit laundry facilities.

The SnowStar Condominiums are located about 3 blocks from the River Run lifts and 6 blocks from downtown Ketchum’s dining, shopping and art galleries, making it the perfect Sun Valley headquarters for all of your adventures. Despite its proximity to town, wildlife can be seen everywhere from these condos - including the occasional deer, elk, or moose that meander by in the early mornings. The Lodge Apartments are adjacent to the historic Sun Valley Lodge itself, and within walking distance of the ice rink, shops and restaurants in the Sun Valley Village Mall area. Located in downtown Ketchum, this beautiful River Street West 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is the perfect Sun Valley summer or ski vacation home. Walk out your front door and you are just a few minutes from fly fishing the Big Wood River or heading up Bald Mountain on the River Run ski lifts. From the spacious master suite, wake up to beautiful mountain views from the king poster bed. This suite also includes a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and sitting area. The second master suite also features a king bed, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and desk area. The home has 2 additional guest bedrooms that both have en suite baths. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the second guest has twin bunk beds. The home has a wonderful outdoor space with a beautifully furnished patio, with fire pit and gas grill, which is the perfect place to enjoy the fresh mountain air or a meal under the stars. Originally built to Averell Harriman’s specifications, the Harriman Cottage was reconstructed in 2004 on the edge of Sun Valley Lake. The private residence sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk away from Sun Valley Village, Lodge and Inn, and with stunning views across the lake to Bald Mountain. Exquisitely furnished, this 3,025 square foot luxury house has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths on the main floor, designed around a large, sunny, central dining and living room. There are two en suite master bedrooms, one with fireplace and small adjoining bedroom/study. Each of the three guest rooms, has two twin beds and a separate bath. The large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bay that seats six. On the lower level, there is a separate den for work or play with its own desk, seating area and wide-screen TV. A beautifully landscaped stone terrace with mountain and pond views and a gas grill is located off the living room. A breezeway off the front entry leads to a two-car garage. The Harriman Home also has high-speed internet, premium cable, HDTV, DVR and DVD. Full Sun Valley amenities with use of year-round heated pools, a hot tub and sauna are included.
