The Ranch Condominiums are located in Elkhorn at Sun Valley, minutes away from the world famous Sun Valley ski resort. This 100-condominium unit complex was built in 1972 and has its own recreation club house with summer season pool and year-round hot tub.

You will adore this stunning 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom townhome, centrally located in downtown Ketchum. Beautifully styled with tasteful furnishings, a modern kitchen, and unique dining area, this home is great for entertaining and gathering the whole crew. This upstairs corner studio loft/1-bathroom, 470 square-foot condo sleeps 3 and offers comfortable accommodations with moderate furnishings. As you enter the condo the full size bath with tub shower combo is located on the right. The full size kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats four. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, 55-inch flat screen TV with cable, and streaming, Blue Ray and stereo, wireless internet, ceiling fan and a queen sleeper sofa. Sliding glass doors open to a small deck where you'll find views to the East and a small table with two chairs and gas grill. This unit does have an in window air conditioner. The loft sleeping area up a flight of stairs features a queen bed (new mattress May 2021), a 55-inch flat screen TV and DVD player. It has high ceilings and good light and is open to the living room below. There are Mt views from this room.

This 3 bedroom 3 bath condo located just a short distance north of Ketchum will sleep up to 6 guests and is near the Big Wood Golf Course. The living area has 2 sitting areas. One you can relax around the gas fireplace and the other is the entertainment area with 55 inch flat screen TV and blue ray player. There is access to large deck with outdoor furniture, gas grill and small yard. The complex pool is right next door. There is a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and 3 bar stools at counter top. Dinning area seats 6. Off the living area is one of the 2 master suites with King bed, 45 inch flat screen TV and access to the deck area. The bathroom has Dual sink vanity and sunken tub/shower combo. The second master suite has King bed, 36 inch flat screen TV. This room has an office space as well. The bathroom has dual sink vanity with sunken tub and separate walk in shower. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds and access to full size bathroom with single sink vanity and shower only. Complex features: Access to complex summer pool, year round hot tub and ample parking. Unit is located in Building 6.

The Fairway Nine Condominiums sit right on the Elkhorn Golf Course, in a quiet and protected setting, close to Dollar Mountain Ski Area and 10 minutes into downtown Ketchum. The town shuttle bus stops just outside the complex. Amenities include Wi-Fi, complimentary parking and a washer and dryer.
