This is a newly remodeled centrally located in Ketchum. The 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath 2 story Townhome with 3600 sqft. of living space will sleep up to 6 guests. On the main level is the living area with 85 inch flat screen TV and gas ignited wood burning fireplace. The ceilings are high which bring in great light into the living and dining areas. There is access to a nice deck with mountain views and outdoor furniture. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked and has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There are 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter top. The dinning table seats six. Also on this level you will find the master bedroom with King bed, a 55 inch flat screen with cable/apple tv and access to small deck. The master bath has a 2 sink vanity, sunken jetted tub and a separate shower. There is a large walk in closet as well.

The Larkspur Condos in downtown Ketchum have spectacular views of Bald Mountain and the Bigwood Golf Course. The property offers a year-round Jacuzzi and a summer use pool. Each condo has a washer/dryer, high-speed internet access, and either a gas or wood-burning fireplace.

Townsend Lodge (112 Garnet) is on a quiet street in old Ketchum. This wonderful 2,200 square foot log home, which looks out on a large open field, offers spectacular views of Mount Baldy - Ketchum’s main ski area. The great room is a spacious living area with a wood-burning fireplace, a dining room table for 8 and a small library/sitting area. The two master bedrooms each have king beds and their own baths. French doors open out to a deck to the backyard and a spacious slate-lined hot tub. Down the hall, there is an additional queen bedroom and an Adirondack style bunk room which comfortably sleeps 4. Both bedrooms share a hallway bath close by. Amenities include a washer/dryer, high-speed internet, 4 televisions (one 40” high definition flat screen,) 2 DVD players, CD player with iPod dock, Sony Playstation 2, and a gas grill.

Located in charming Elkhorn Village, close to the Elkhorn Golf Course, Sunburst condos each have a full kitchen, fireplace and living area. The complex features a year-round hot tub and nice views of the surrounding mountains. Sun Valley is known for its world-class skiing in winter and spring. Summer and fall also offer tremendous varied activities for outdoor mountain enthusiasts. The free shuttle bus stops nearby and provides transportation to the ski lifts, Sun Valley Village and downtown Ketchum.

The Residences at the Colonnade combine the comfort of a single-level luxury condo in a historic village setting with the Old World charm of a finely crafted Alpine living experience. Willow Road 2 is a fantastic family home in beautiful Lane Ranch, Sun Valley, Idaho. This well-appointed 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is ideal for families or a group of friends. Sitting on just under three-quarters of an acre, Willow Road 2 features a family room with surround-sound and a spacious great room with a large kitchen -- perfect features for entertaining. This home is all on one level except for one bedroom upstairs. Three bedrooms are on the main floor. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath. Two other bedrooms have queen beds and share a bath. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bath. Guests have access to the private garage for one vehicle. Enjoy all the amenities of Lane Ranch such as access to the clubhouse, pool, tennis court and volleyball court. Willow Road 2 is located two miles from downtown Ketchum and the River Run Lodge for skiing. Sun Valley Village is about 3.6 miles away.

This 2 bedroom plus den, 3 bath, 2,200 square foot home offers clean, pleasing accommodations with basic furnishings and some updated features. The Saddle Road home has a spacious great room, gas-ignited, wood-burning rock fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably, and French doors open up to the home's large front patio. The Saddle Ridge home is an easy 5 minute walk to Sun Valley Village and just 1/2 mile from downtown Ketchum. The Ketchum/Sun Valley bike path is just outside the door. The house is also within 2.5 miles of all three ski area base lodges - Warm Springs and River Run Lodges and Dollar Mountain Lodge. The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum. The home offers wireless internet service, a two-car garage, and washer/dryer for your convenience.
