The Larkspur Condos in downtown Ketchum have spectacular views of Bald Mountain and the Bigwood Golf Course. The property offers a year-round Jacuzzi and a summer use pool. Each condo has a washer/dryer, high-speed internet access, and either a gas or wood-burning fireplace.

The Crestview Condominiums are located within walking distance to the River Run Base area and Downtown Ketchum. Amenities include: Vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, washer/dryer and a common area hot tub.

The Sun Valley Inn opened its doors in 1937 and is still where to stay if you're looking for a welcoming and stylish place to lay your head. Now boasting a full convention center, the Inn has gracious European-inspired dècor with the finest fabrics, carpeting and wall coverings. Guests can head to the Ram restaurant for a gourmet bite and sip on a cocktail in the lounge, while the Village Station offers family-friendly food and fun. Skyline Drive is a stunning three-level home, located across from Dollar Mountain and only 2 miles from downtown Ketchum, which is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop. The White Cloud townhomes are located next to the beautiful Trail Creek & White Cloud golf course, across the street and just minutes from the Sun Valley resort and downtown Ketchum. These gorgeous townhomes feature high vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and beautiful décor throughout. The living area opens up to a large deck. Each townhome has a laundry room, wireless internet and private 2-car garage.

Located in downtown Ketchum, this beautiful River Street West 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is the perfect Sun Valley summer or ski vacation home. Walk out your front door and you are just a few minutes from fly fishing the Big Wood River or heading up Bald Mountain on the River Run ski lifts. From the spacious master suite, wake up to beautiful mountain views from the king poster bed. This suite also includes a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and sitting area. The second master suite also features a king bed, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and desk area. The home has 2 additional guest bedrooms that both have en suite baths. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the second guest has twin bunk beds.
