Originally built to Averell Harriman’s specifications, the Harriman Cottage was reconstructed in 2004 on the edge of Sun Valley Lake. The private residence sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk away from Sun Valley Village, Lodge and Inn, and with stunning views across the lake to Bald Mountain. Exquisitely furnished, this 3,025 square foot luxury house has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths on the main floor, designed around a large, sunny, central dining and living room. There are two en suite master bedrooms, one with fireplace and small adjoining bedroom/study. Each of the three guest rooms, has two twin beds and a separate bath. The large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bay that seats six. On the lower level, there is a separate den for work or play with its own desk, seating area and wide-screen TV. A beautifully landscaped stone terrace with mountain and pond views and a gas grill is located off the living room. A breezeway off the front entry leads to a two-car garage. The Harriman Home also has high-speed internet, premium cable, HDTV, DVR and DVD. Full Sun Valley amenities with use of year-round heated pools, a hot tub and sauna are included.

If you want affordable accommodations in a great location this is it! Trail View West Condominiums offer one of the most convenient locations in the entire Sun Valley area. Very easy access to skiing, town, biking, fishing and all that this town has to offer. Located in west Ketchum, an easy walk to lifts, shops, restaurants and shopping.

This 2 bedroom plus den, 3 bath, 2,200 square foot home offers clean, pleasing accommodations with basic furnishings and some updated features. The Saddle Road home has a spacious great room, gas-ignited, wood-burning rock fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably, and French doors open up to the home's large front patio. The Saddle Ridge home is an easy 5 minute walk to Sun Valley Village and just 1/2 mile from downtown Ketchum. The Ketchum/Sun Valley bike path is just outside the door. The house is also within 2.5 miles of all three ski area base lodges - Warm Springs and River Run Lodges and Dollar Mountain Lodge. The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum. The home offers wireless internet service, a two-car garage, and washer/dryer for your convenience.

Plan your next exciting ski-cation at this cozy, three-bedroom condo located at the base of Dollar Mountain complete with a gas fireplace, full kitchen, balcony, and room for up to eight lucky guests. Visitors can also enjoy a shared outdoor pool and hot tub during the summer months. When the snow is falling, ski or walk over to the Dollar lifts for beginner and intermediate fun up on the adjacent hill. Those looking to challenge some of the more advanced runs in the area can hop on the convenient shuttle and take a short ride over to Baldy. Downtown Ketchum, just a mile-and-a-half away, is a must-visit destination for year-round festivities, fantastic restaurants, shops, gardens, and galleries. This rental is also close to the Sun Valley Pavillion so that you can relax out on your balcony with a glass of local wine and enjoy the occasional Summer Symphony concert. Grab a book and warm yourself by the gas fireplace or keep up with your favorite shows one of the two flatscreen, cable TVs. Downtown Ketchum is approximately three blocks away with dining, art galleries, and shopping easily accessible. There is a free town shuttle that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.

On the main level is the living area with 85 inch flat screen TV and gas ignited wood burning fireplace. The ceilings are high which bring in great light into the living and dining areas. There is access to a nice deck with mountain views and outdoor furniture. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked and has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There are 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter top. The dinning table seats six. Also on this level you will find the master bedroom with King bed, a 55 inch flat screen with cable/apple tv and access to small deck. The master bath has a 2 sink vanity, sunken jetted tub and a separate shower. There is a large walk in closet as well.

Its spacious interiors and five suite-style bedrooms can accommodate ten friends or family members in modern comfort. Morning Star Road 715 opens to a beautiful patio with fantastic views. When there’s snow on the ground, entertain indoors in the inviting games room, which features a pool table, ping-pong table and wet bar. A fireplace is the perfect spot to curl up with a book, while Wi-Fi lets you stay in touch with friends at home. The villa’s bright, roomy interiors are warm and welcoming. A vaulted ceiling with exposed wood beams stretches over the great room’s living and dining areas, with sofas around the stone fireplace at one end and a table that seats ten at the other. The fully-equipped kitchen is just off the great room and has state-of-the-art gourmet appliances and a built-in stone pizza oven. Each of the five bedrooms at Morning Star Road 715 has an en-suite bath. There are two bedrooms with king beds that open directly to the terrace, and three bedrooms with queen beds. High ceilings, wood trim and neutral tones make the bedrooms feel chic yet tranquil. It’s just a 5-minute drive to the Elkhorn lift at Dollar Mountain, and about a 4-mile drive to Sun Valley Ski Resort.
