Skyline Drive is a stunning three-level home, located across from Dollar Mountain and only 2 miles from downtown Ketchum, which is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop. Also accessible from that bus stop is Sun Valley's iconic Bald Mountain. With views from nearly every angle, this 4 bedroom plus bonus room, 5.5 bathroom estate home is perfect for pretty much any traveling group. The master suite has a king bed, and three additional rooms each have a queen, and the fourth bedroom, which is slightly detached from the main part of the home, contains two double beds. The home’s open floor plan offers a variety of spaces for entertainment and relaxation, including a back patio area with a fire pit and waterfall, deck sitting area, living area with a fireplace and a game room with an HD TV, pool table, arcade machine and stick hockey game. Skyline Drive also features a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area, office, laundry area, one-car stall in the garage, air-conditioning and complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access. The Ski View Townhomes feature three levels of living space, with private decks, a gas or wood-burning fireplace, and washer/dryer. Ski View is located along Trail Creek, five blocks from the River Run chairlift and two blocks from downtown Ketchum. Transportation to the slopes and around town is provided by a free town shuttle, which stops at Sockeye Square, next to the Ski View complex. Ski View amenities include wireless internet, a private two-car garage, and a common area hot tub.

Located in downtown Ketchum, this beautiful River Street West 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is the perfect Sun Valley summer or ski vacation home. Walk out your front door and you are just a few minutes from fly fishing the Big Wood River or heading up Bald Mountain on the River Run ski lifts. Snowcreek is the ideal location for children and beginner skiers; it’s an easy walk to Dollar Mountain's gentle slopes and ski school. The Snowcreek Condominiums are located at the base of Dollar Mountain, near the Sun Valley resort village. Units feature fully equipped kitchens, fireplaces and decks. There is a town shuttle stop a block away from the complex.

The Westridge Condos offer an outstanding location for gathering your family and friends to enjoy the Sun Valley outdoor amenities! The complex offers a community hot tub, elevator, and underground assigned parking. Each condo includes air-conditioning, wireless internet, and an in-unit washer/dryer. There’s a shuttle stop conveniently located in front of the complex.

Take in the scenery from your Ridge condominium, with beautiful golf course and mountain views. Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace and washer/dryer. The living room, with vaulted ceiling, opens to a generous deck. Located in the center of Elkhorn, the Ridge is within walking distance of Elkhorn amenities, the community bike/pedestrian path, and the KART free town bus stop for a short ride to the ski areas, Sun Valley village, and Ketchum.

Thunder Springs Condominiums are located next to the Bigwood Golf course in Ketchum and have access to an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and underground parking. Condos have an open layout, with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, deck or patio and in-unit laundry facilities.
