Located in the center of Elkhorn, the Ridge is within walking distance of Elkhorn amenities, the community bike/pedestrian path, and the KART free town bus stop for a short ride to the ski areas, Sun Valley village, and Ketchum.

Tucked away in a quiet Ketchum neighborhood, you will feel like a local. The Trail Creek condominiums offer great affordability and a great location. Town itself is just a few blocks away giving you easy access to shopping dining, art galleries and more. These units are priced for the family budget and are great for reunions.

This 3 bedroom 3 bath condo located just a short distance north of Ketchum will sleep up to 6 guests and is near the Big Wood Golf Course. The living area has 2 sitting areas. One you can relax around the gas fireplace and the other is the entertainment area with 55 inch flat screen TV and blue ray player. There is access to large deck with outdoor furniture, gas grill and small yard. The complex pool is right next door. There is a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and 3 bar stools at counter top. Dinning area seats 6. Off the living area is one of the 2 master suites with King bed, 45 inch flat screen TV and access to the deck area. The bathroom has Dual sink vanity and sunken tub/shower combo. The second master suite has King bed, 36 inch flat screen TV. This room has an office space as well. The bathroom has dual sink vanity with sunken tub and separate walk in shower. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds and access to full size bathroom with single sink vanity and shower only. Complex features: Access to complex summer pool, year round hot tub and ample parking. Unit is located in Building 6.

The Ranch Condominiums are located in Elkhorn at Sun Valley, minutes away from the world famous Sun Valley ski resort. This 100-condominium unit complex was built in 1972 and has its own recreation club house with summer season pool and year-round hot tub.

The Sun Valley Lodge Apartments have access to Sun Valley amenities that include a year-round outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna. The Lodge Apartments are adjacent to the historic Sun Valley Lodge itself, and within walking distance of the ice rink, shops and restaurants in the Sun Valley Village Mall area. The Saddle Ridge home is an easy 5 minute walk to Sun Valley Village and just 1/2 mile from downtown Ketchum. The Ketchum/Sun Valley bike path is just outside the door. The house is also within 2.5 miles of all three ski area base lodges - Warm Springs and River Run Lodges and Dollar Mountain Lodge. The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum. The home offers wireless internet service, a two-car garage, and washer/dryer for your convenience.
