The White Cloud townhomes are located next to the beautiful Trail Creek & White Cloud golf course, across the street and just minutes from the Sun Valley resort and downtown Ketchum. These gorgeous townhomes feature high vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and beautiful décor throughout. The living area opens up to a large deck. Each townhome has a laundry room, wireless internet and private 2-car garage.

The Larkspur Condos in downtown Ketchum have spectacular views of Bald Mountain and the Bigwood Golf Course. The property offers a year-round Jacuzzi and a summer use pool. Each condo has a washer/dryer, high-speed internet access, and either a gas or wood-burning fireplace.

Conveniently located condominiums just south of downtown Ketchum on Trail Creek. Spacious rooms with fine finishes of natural stone, tile and hardwood floors, and an open living room/kitchen area. Additional amenities include wireless internet access, in-unit laundry facilities, central A/C and elevator access from the heated underground garage with one parking space. There is a free shuttle that picks up across Main Street and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley Resort.

This one bedroom, one bath condo is located near Warm Springs and sleeps 4 people comfortably! The kitchen, which has new appliances, granite counter tops, and 4 bar stools, is fully stocked with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The living area is spacious with plenty of seating and ample lighting. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. There is a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and all the streaming apps. Basic cable is also provided. The balcony is off the living room with outdoor furniture to enjoy. The condo also features a smart speaker for listening to your favorite music or audio. High speed wireless internet access is provided, as well! The bedroom has a king bed and access to hallway bath with shower only and single sink vanity.

The Horizons IV condominiums are some of the best mid-priced condominiums in River Run area. The units all have access to a pool, hot tub, coin-operated laundry facility, and are within walking distance to the town of Ketchum. The Horizons IV condominiums offer a good opportunity for proximity to lifts and downtown. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about 50 yards from the condo and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.

Skyline Drive is a stunning three-level home, located across from Dollar Mountain and only 2 miles from downtown Ketchum, which is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop. Also accessible from that bus stop is Sun Valley's iconic Bald Mountain. The master suite has a king bed, and three additional rooms each have a queen, and the fourth bedroom, which is slightly detached from the main part of the home, contains two double beds. The Saddle Ridge home is an easy 5 minute walk to Sun Valley Village and just 1/2 mile from downtown Ketchum. The Ketchum/Sun Valley bike path is just outside the door. The house is also within 2.5 miles of all three ski area base lodges - Warm Springs and River Run Lodges and Dollar Mountain Lodge. The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum.
