This 2 bedroom +loft/2 bathroom tri-level condo is located just blocks from downtown Ketchum. Condo offers 1312 square feel of living space and will sleep up to 6 guests. On the main level you will find one of the bedrooms. This room has a king bed, 26 inch TV and access to full size bathroom. On the middle level is the living area with 31 inch flat screen TV, gas fireplace and ceiling fan. This room has high ceilings which brings great light into the room with Mt. Views . The open kitchen and dining area are also located on this level. The dining table seats 6 with 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter top. There is access to a small deck off the dining area which offers Mt views, gas grill, small table with two chairs and umbrella. There is a stack washer/dryer in a closet just off the kitchen. On the third level is the loft area and master bedroom. Master bedroom has a Queen bed, Mt views, walk in closet and full size bath. The loft offers a Queen bed and has access to either bathrooms in the condo. This condo has a one car garage for compact car and limited parking within the complex. If you have more than one car you will need to park a short distance from the condo on the street

Spacious family home with wonderful light and superb views located in the Warm Springs area. This home is ideal for multigenerational families or multiple households. There are four bedrooms and three baths on two levels with a large, open living room, two dining areas, and a modern kitchen. On the main level there is the open living/dining/cooking area with 42-inch flat screen TV (no cable, streaming services only), surround sound and a wood burning fireplace. The fully-stocked kitchen has three bar stools at the counter top. Off to the side of the kitchen is a small table which seats six for casual dining. The main dining table seats 6-10. There is a large, wrap-around deck off the main living area with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill.

The living room, with vaulted ceiling, opens to a generous deck. Located in the center of Elkhorn, the Ridge is within walking distance of Elkhorn amenities, the community bike/pedestrian path, and the KART free town bus stop for a short ride to the ski areas, Sun Valley village, and Ketchum.

ndora Villa offers sleek 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Sun Valley mountain vacation condos three blocks from the slopes and two blocks from town. Hiking and biking trails, restaurants and shops are within a short walk or drive from Andora Villa. After a day on the trails, some have private outdoor hot tub offers a relaxing spot to unwind. Nestled in a peaceful and secluded neighborhood with views of Trail Creek, these two-level condos combine modern style with comfort. Living areas feature wood floors, premium furnishings, a flat-screen TV and a stone fireplace. Queen beds furnish the guestrooms, and the master bedroom has an en suite bath. Kitchens are fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and feature granite countertops and breakfast bar, as well as an adjoining dining area. The Saddle Road home has a spacious great room, gas-ignited, wood-burning rock fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably, and French doors open up to the home's large front patio. The Saddle Ridge home is an easy 5 minute walk to Sun Valley Village and just 1/2 mile from downtown Ketchum. The Ketchum/Sun Valley bike path is just outside the door. The house is also within 2.5 miles of all three ski area base lodges - Warm Springs and River Run Lodges and Dollar Mountain Lodge. The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum. The home offers wireless internet service, a two-car garage, and washer/dryer for your convenience.

One of the 2 bathrooms is located on this level with a single sink vanity and combination shower/tub. There is a stack washer/dryer in a hallway closet off the bathroom.
