Located in NW Ketchum this upscale two bedroom, two bath all on one level, corner condo offers approx. 1000 square feet of living area and will sleep up to 4 guests. Only 5 blocks to town and a short drive to the lifts, this condo is conveniently located to the bike path as well. There is underground parking for one car and over flow parking outside the complex.

As you enter the condo the full size bath with tub shower combo is located on the right. The full size kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats four. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, 55-inch flat screen TV with cable, and streaming, Blue Ray and stereo, wireless internet, ceiling fan and a queen sleeper sofa. Sliding glass doors open to a small deck where you'll find views to the East and a small table with two chairs and gas grill. This unit does have an in window air conditioner. The loft sleeping area up a flight of stairs features a queen bed (new mattress May 2021), a 55-inch flat screen TV and DVD player. It has high ceilings and good light and is open to the living room below. There are Mt views from this room.

Walk out your front door and you are just a few minutes from fly fishing the Big Wood River or heading up Bald Mountain on the River Run ski lifts. Hiking and biking trails, restaurants and shops are within a short walk or drive from Andora Villa. After a day on the trails, some have private outdoor hot tub offers a relaxing spot to unwind. Nestled in a peaceful and secluded neighborhood with views of Trail Creek, these two-level condos combine modern style with comfort. Living areas feature wood floors, premium furnishings, a flat-screen TV and a stone fireplace. Queen beds furnish the guestrooms, and the master bedroom has an en suite bath. Kitchens are fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and feature granite countertops and breakfast bar, as well as an adjoining dining area. This charming 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome in Elkhorn is a lovely family-friendly home, with a large deck and mountain views. The master bedroom on the second floor has a king bed and en suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with en suite bath, and the third offers full-sized bunk beds for the kids. The living room has a stereo and TV and the dining area seats six. The home enjoys great sunlight, making for a bright and warm escape.
