Skyline Drive is a stunning three-level home, located across from Dollar Mountain and only 2 miles from downtown Ketchum, which is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop. Also accessible from that bus stop is Sun Valley's iconic Bald Mountain. With views from nearly every angle, this 4 bedroom plus bonus room, 5.5 bathroom estate home is perfect for pretty much any traveling group. The master suite has a king bed, and three additional rooms each have a queen, and the fourth bedroom, which is slightly detached from the main part of the home, contains two double beds. The home’s open floor plan offers a variety of spaces for entertainment and relaxation, including a back patio area with a fire pit and waterfall, deck sitting area, living area with a fireplace and a game room with an HD TV, pool table, arcade machine and stick hockey game. Skyline Drive also features a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area, office, laundry area, one-car stall in the garage, air-conditioning and complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access. The Georginia 109 home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 6. Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom have king beds. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. Both the living room and family room feature large river rock fireplaces. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides great views. A two-car garage is attached and high-speed internet access is available. The deck, with a gas grill, and the hot tub, look over the creek and up at the mountains, affording a wonderful, relaxing view.

The Hemingways offers a luxurious vacation experience with topnotch finishes, high-end appliances and spectacular mountain views. These townhomes have 4,100 square feet of living space and include four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a den, an office and a two-car attached garage. Located at the base of Bald Mountain, The Hemingways is one the few ski-in ski-out properties available in Sun Valley. Great for hiking, mountain biking, skiing, relaxing by the river and enjoy time together as a family.

This is a newly remodeled centrally located in Ketchum. The 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath 2 story Townhome with 3600 sqft. of living space will sleep up to 6 guests. On the main level is the living area with 85 inch flat screen TV and gas ignited wood burning fireplace. The ceilings are high which bring in great light into the living and dining areas. There is access to a nice deck with mountain views and outdoor furniture. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked and has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There are 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter top. The dinning table seats six. Also on this level you will find the master bedroom with King bed, a 55 inch flat screen with cable/apple tv and access to small deck. The master bath has a 2 sink vanity, sunken jetted tub and a separate shower. There is a large walk in closet as well.
