During the ski season, all guests are able to take advantage of the ski area loop shuttle and on-call valet shuttle service to downtown shops and restaurants as well as local grocery stores.

Canyon Creek at EagleRidge is located just one block from the shops and restaurant of Gondola Square. On-site amenities are great, with a seasonal outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, exercise room, and heated underground parking garage. Each condo has a gas fireplace and washer/dryer.

Every bedroom even has its very own private bathroom, and most of our units feature 3 fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a comfortable dining room. Our largest unit has vaulted ceilings in the main floor living area. Every townhome also features a pool table, a foosball table, or both, as well as complimentary wireless internet access.

Cascades at Eagle Ridge are vacation townhomes offering fully equipped kitchens, gas fireplaces, and roomy living areas. In addition to private decks, there are spectacular views of the ski area. These townhomes are walking distance to the gondola base area via a paved path. Each unit has a 2-car garage, and there is shuttle service for this property during the winter only. There are also two hot tubs shared by the complex.

Champagne Lodge at Trappeur's Crossing is located just two blocks from Steamboat ski resort’s Gondola. This well-located lodge offers condominiums with fully equipped kitchens, private balconies and gas fireplaces. Each unit includes a washer and dryer. Guests will enjoy the numerous outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs. There is also a sauna, fitness facility, computer lounge, library, fitness center, and underground heated parking.

Cimarron consists of five bedroom units in the log post and beam style. Located a few blocks from the slopes, each townhome offers over 3,000 square feet, a two car garage, air conditioning, vaulted ceilings, stone fireplaces and much more. The Landings homes are located in a quiet family neighborhood within walking distance of Steamboat’s ski slopes. Each home has a private outdoor hot tub on the deck, a gas fireplace in the living room, a washer/dryer, and 1-car garage.
