The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Guests enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness room and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Private ski lockers house all the gear and allow an area for the all the equipment to dry overnight. Situated on the base of the mountain adjacent to the Steamboat Ski Resort base, slopes are as close to your door as possible. Gondola Run B is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap-around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.

The Trails at Storm Meadows maintain a quieter, more secluded atmosphere just a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the ski area base. Guests enjoy ski access trails leading to all base area lifts, with easy routes back home from the main runs. These beautiful condominiums offer spectacular views of the Yampa Valley and the Steamboat ski slopes from a large private balcony. A private scheduled shuttle to the ski area base and downtown is also available to guests at The Trails.

Ski Ranch Condominiums offer spacious and affordable 1 and 2 bedroom condos, each with a full kitchen, wood fireplace and private deck to enjoy the sun. There is also an on-site hot tub to relax your tired muscles after a long day on the slopes. It is just a short walk to the slopes and free city bus stop.

Cascades at Eagle Ridge are vacation townhomes offering fully equipped kitchens, gas fireplaces, and roomy living areas. In addition to private decks, there are spectacular views of the ski area. These townhomes are walking distance to the gondola base area via a paved path. Each unit has a 2-car garage, and there is shuttle service for this property during the winter only. There are also two hot tubs shared by the complex.

Only blocks away from the gondola, the Bear Lodge Condominiums at Trappeur’s Crossing Resort blend modern amenities with mountain living. Guests at Bear Lodge enjoy access to Trappeur’s Crossing Resort amenities, including four pools, ten hot tubs, a sauna, fitness center, conference space, business center, fire pit, outdoor patio area, and poolside BBQ grills. During the ski season, all guests are able to take advantage of the ski area loop shuttle and on-call valet shuttle service to downtown shops and restaurants as well as local grocery stores.
