The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Guests enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness room and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Private ski lockers house all the gear and allow an area for the all the equipment to dry overnight. The Crosstimbers Townhomes are ideally located just two blocks from the Steamboat Ski Resort Gondola. These sunny multi-level townhomes have spacious living and dining areas, and views of the southern Steamboat valley and Flattops mountain range through large windows and private balconies. At the end of the day, relax in the seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub. In-unit amenities include private balconies, a gas fireplace, washer/dryer and two-car garage.

With large windows, an open floor plan and high ceilings, Wildhorse Chalet is a comfortable retreat for one or two families after a day's adventures on the mountain. It offers all the space, comfort and privacy of a private home, but you still have access to the pool, fitness room, seasonal shuttle, gondola and other amenities found at the adjacent Trailhead Lodge. The main floor is perfect for entertaining. With an open layout, your group can enjoy the living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony as a group. There is a stacked stone fireplace to keep everyone warm and cozy while enjoying the 65" flat screen TV or just each other’s company. The upstairs is dedicated to a large master suite. The suite includes a large bedroom, with king bed and a private terrace where you can relax outside in the summer. There is also a luxurious ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, large soaking tub and spacious shower. Downstairs is where you will find the other two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The guest master has a king bed and the third offers a set of twin bunks with a twin trundle bed and a queen bed to sleep up to five guests. All bedrooms have their own TV. The home offers everything you would expect from a modern house including, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, plush towels and comfortable bath robes. In addition, you can take advantage of all the amenities next door at Trailhead Lodge. These include a fitness room, outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, game room, gondola to the base, seasonal shuttle and more.

Gondola Run A is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with a large living area, an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.

Wyndham Vacation Resorts Steamboat Springs features spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom vacation suites that sleep four to eight guests in 840- to 1287-square-foot units. Each unit features TVs, fully equipped ktichens with dining area and ensuite washer/dryer. Additional amenities inlcude a living room fireplace and whirlpool tub in the master bath.

Emerald Vista is a beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath home that sits high on the hillside and enjoys gorgeous views of Emerald Mountain. It’s located perfectly in-between downtown Steamboat Springs and the Steamboat Ski Resort, offering easy access to all your summer and winter adventures. Upstairs on the main level, the lovely sunlit great room offers a nice flow. Views from the living room take in iconic Howelsen Hill and the locals favorite Nordic and biking trails on Emerald Mountain. The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need. Beautifully furnished throughout with many recent upgrades, this home is spread out over multiple levels offering space and privacy for everyone. Also included is a game room with foosball. Step out on the deck to take in the view and enjoy the sunset with your favorite cocktail. The gas BBQ makes it easy to grill out. If you bring a car you have access to the heated 2-car garage that also includes boot warmers and lockers for skis, snowboards and gear.
