This home has rich mountain accents; large beams, reclaimed wood floors, custom antler railings and a stone fireplace to create a cozy luxury lodge. Your home-away-from-home includes a great room with vaulted ceilings, big screen TV and gas fireplace, providing a comfortable airy setting for living, dining, and entertaining. Plush leather couches invite you to relax and enjoy a good book or watch a movie. The professionally equipped kitchen provides everything that your group will need. It’s a great home for entertaining, with a dining table that seats up to 10, and 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom on the main level is just one of 5 king bedrooms in this large home, three of which have private baths. Union Grande is a combination of two neighboring homes, Kingdom House and Borough House, that together accommodate up to 17 guests. Each of these newly built homes are full of light, modern amenities, chic furnishings, and topped off with spectacular rooftop decks with private hot tubs and firepits. The second level of the homes are where guests will gather in the spacious main living areas with gas fireplaces and gourmet kitchens complete with gleaming professional grade appliances and large islands.

Skyfall Ridge at Edgemont offers spectacular ski access to Steamboat’s mountain and a relaxing private setting for a family or couples ski trip. This stylishly appointed two bedroom residence at Edgemont offers convenient ski-in/ski-out access and great views of the ski mountain and the pristine Yampa Valley. Skyfall Ridge invites you to do just that with a native Colorado sandstone fireplace providing the perfect setting as the alpenglow lights up the snowy views around you. The fully equipped kitchen makes entertaining at home a cinch. For meals together there is seating for 6 at the dining room table and an additional 3 at the kitchen bar. Both bedrooms offer private bathrooms. The master offers a King bed with fireplace. The second bedroom offers two full bunk beds. Edgemont's on-site amenities include a fabulous heated outdoor pool and hot tub with great views down the mountain. The outdoor fire pit is a natural gathering place and kids will delight here in s'mores and hot chocolate. Ski access could not be much easier with a slope side ski locker room. Here you can dry off and conveniently store your equipment in your private ski locker with enclosed boot warmer. If you need to push yourself a little more, there is exercise equipment onsite.
