The Pines Condominiums are situated in the heart of the Pine Grove neighborhood, between the ski area base and downtown Steamboat Springs. These residential condominiums are located within walking distance of two shopping areas that include restaurants, food markets, ski and sporting goods shops, and video rental outlets. Each condo has a fireplace, washer/dryer and wireless internet access. The property has a seasonal community hot tub.

With their prime upslope location, the Storm Meadows Club Condominiums maintain a quieter, more secluded atmosphere just a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the ski area base. This quiet setting offers access trails to the nearby slopes. The Club has a complete fitness facility with seasonal outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, and weight room. The guest master has a king bed and the third offers a set of twin bunks with a twin trundle bed and a queen bed to sleep up to five guests. All bedrooms have their own TV. Champagne Lodge at Trappeur's Crossing is located just two blocks from Steamboat ski resort’s Gondola.
