Cimarron consists of five bedroom units in the log post and beam style. Located a few blocks from the slopes, each townhome offers over 3,000 square feet, a two car garage, air conditioning, vaulted ceilings, stone fireplaces and much more. Elkstone Chalet is a delightful and luxurious townhome located close to the ski mountain village. Beautifully furnished throughout with many recent upgrades, this home is spread out over multiple levels offering space and privacy for everyone. There is a mountain or valley view from almost every window. The cozy media room offers a large 65" flat screen TV and sound bar to take movie night to another level or enjoy games on the Xbox. Also included is a game room with foosball. Step out on the deck to take in the view and enjoy the sunset with your favorite cocktail. The gas BBQ makes it easy to grill out. The private outdoor hot tub on the patio is the ultimate retreat to relax and unwind. If you bring a car you have access to the heated 2-car garage that also includes boot warmers and lockers for skis, snowboards and gear. The laundry with washer and dryer makes it easy to keep luggage to a minimum.

Located alongside the Right-O-Way beginner ski trail, this warm and inviting 1,800 square foot, 4-bedroom, 3 bath townhome provides easy access on and off the mountain. The central focus in the open plan living area is the wood-burning fireplace. Comfortable seating surrounds the fireplace and a large flat screen TV makes it the perfect place to relax or talk about the adventures of the day. The chalet comes with everything you will need, including, washer/dryer, plush bath towels and robes, wireless internet and cable TV. Sleeping arrangements include a king-bedded master bedroom, a second bedroom that can be made up either with 2 twins or a king bed, a third bedroom with 3 sets of bunk beds, and a fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds. When you are ready to explore Steamboat you can have the shuttle take you the mountain village, downtown or to the grocery store if needed during the winter. Throughout the year, you can use the community pool, hot tubs and gym.

Both bedrooms offer private bathrooms. The master offers a King bed with fireplace. The second bedroom offers two full bunk beds. Edgemont's on-site amenities include a fabulous heated outdoor pool and hot tub with great views down the mountain. The outdoor fire pit is a natural gathering place and kids will delight here in s'mores and hot chocolate. Ski access could not be much easier with a slope side ski locker room. Here you can dry off and conveniently store your equipment in your private ski locker with enclosed boot warmer. If you need to push yourself a little more, there is exercise equipment onsite.
