The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. The Mountain Village is just a short stroll away by an access path, leading you down to the Gondola, shops and restaurants in the base area. Guests at The West resort have access to a seasonal outdoor heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and a fitness facility.

Gondola Run B is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap-around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.

Elk Run Townhomes are ideal for family and friends looking for a quiet setting and large living space. These townhomes offer upscale townhomes that feature cathedral ceilings, fully-equipped kitchens, river rock fireplaces, private decks, in-unit washers and dryers and a 1-car garage. After a long day of Steamboat adventures relax in one of the two outdoor hot tubs on the premises. The free town shuttle stops about 1.5 blocks away, and the ski area is approximately 300 yards away.
