This impressive private lodge holds a commanding position overlooking the Steamboat ski area. The Grande Lodge is equipped with elevators on each side and a stunning open staircase constructed of timbers and steel which descends on each side alongside four story windows. Enter from the top level with a heated garage and plenty of space for coats and snow boots with built-in lockers. The main floors feature a Great Room with vaulted ceilings, wide-plank rustic wood flooring, and an oversized stone fireplace. The open floor plan connects the living area to the gourmet kitchen and dining area. Master bedrooms have a gas fireplace and private access to the covered balcony. On the mid-level, the bunkrooms can be converted into two smaller bedrooms allowing for flexibility. Beautifully furnished throughout with many recent upgrades, this home is spread out over multiple levels offering space and privacy for everyone. There is a mountain or valley view from almost every window. The cozy media room offers a large 65" flat screen TV and sound bar to take movie night to another level or enjoy games on the Xbox. Also included is a game room with foosball. Step out on the deck to take in the view and enjoy the sunset with your favorite cocktail. The gas BBQ makes it easy to grill out. The private outdoor hot tub on the patio is the ultimate retreat to relax and unwind. If you bring a car you have access to the heated 2-car garage that also includes boot warmers and lockers for skis, snowboards and gear. The Crosstimbers Townhomes are ideally located just two blocks from the Steamboat Ski Resort Gondola. Stroll to shops and restaurants in Gondola Square and Torian Plum Plaza at the base of the ski resort. These sunny multi-level townhomes have spacious living and dining areas, and views of the southern Steamboat valley and Flattops mountain range through large windows and private balconies. Stay in the heart of Steamboat Village at Storm Peak Chalet. Newly constructed, this beautiful four bedroom home features magnificent mountain views and exquisite craftsmanship throughout. The cozy great room allows you to relax by the huge stone fireplace while taking in views of Steamboat’s slopes and opens into shared dining and kitchen areas. A chef’s delight, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and includes granite counters, Wolf gas range and large center island with seating for four. Adjoining in the dining area are seats for eight and a wall of windows looking out to Steamboat Mountain. Down the hall, the media room offers the perfect spot to curl up and watch a movie after a day outdoors. The four bedrooms of Storm Peak Chalet, all with private bathrooms, will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. The master suite includes a king bed, flat screen TV, spacious en suite with dual vanities and a private balcony. The guest master with private bath offers a choice of a king bed or can be set up with two twin beds. In the third and fourth guest rooms you’ll find a set of double bunk beds and two double beds. For additional sleep space, the media room also offers a queen sleeper sofa. Complimentary private shuttle is included for convenient and speedy access to the ski trails.
