The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Guests enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness room and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Private ski lockers house all the gear and allow an area for the all the equipment to dry overnight. This fantastic 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom townhome at Chadwick Estate Villas sleeps 10 people and features an open living room with nice light, a stunning gas fireplace, huge flat-screen TV, and comfortable leather couch. The adjacent gourmet kitchen and dining area offer state-of-the art appliances and a dining table that comfortably seats eight, as well as access to a spacious outdoor deck with a grill and nice Emerald Mountain and down-valley views. An in-house elevator whisks you to the various levels of this townhome. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king bed and gas fireplace. The spacious en-suite bath features a beautifully tiled steam shower and luxurious deep-soak tub. A second upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and en-suite bath. Gondola Run B is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap-around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.

Elkstone Chalet is a delightful and luxurious townhome located close to the ski mountain village. Beautifully furnished throughout with many recent upgrades, this home is spread out over multiple levels offering space and privacy for everyone. There is a mountain or valley view from almost every window. The cozy media room offers a large 65" flat screen TV and sound bar to take movie night to another level or enjoy games on the Xbox. Also included is a game room with foosball. Step out on the deck to take in the view and enjoy the sunset with your favorite cocktail. The gas BBQ makes it easy to grill out. The private outdoor hot tub on the patio is the ultimate retreat to relax and unwind. If you bring a car you have access to the heated 2-car garage that also includes boot warmers and lockers for skis, snowboards and gear. The laundry with washer and dryer makes it easy to keep luggage to a minimum.

The Heart of the Valley home (half of a duplex) takes its name from its pristine views of the Yampa Valley and convenient location. This beautiful four-level home has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and sleeps 10 people comfortably. The main level features an open living area with a gas fireplace and spectacular views of the valley. Off of the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. On the same level you will find a bedroom with a queen sized bed, views of Emerald Mountain and access to the deck. On the third level is another bedroom with a king sized bed and private bath. The master suite is on the top level and has a large master bath, amazing views and a king sized bed. The lower level features contains another large living area with its own gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and surround sound. The bunk room is also located on this level with 2 sets of twin bunk beds.
