The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. With 4 bedrooms and a loft there is room for up to 14 people. The main floor Master Bedroom has a king bed and access to the porch that allows you to enjoy the views with your morning coffee. The guest master downstairs also has a king bed and large ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub and separate shower. Downstairs you will find the bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds that sleep four and the fourth bedroom offers the option of either a king or two twin beds. These rooms share a bathroom with a dual vanity and tub/shower combination. For extra guests, the loft has 2 day beds with trundles under them, making it a fun place to sleep 4 more.

Chalet Couloir (pronounced “koo-lwar”) is a beautifully renovated home with loads of natural light, stylish furnishings, and gorgeous views from the ski mountain. For those of you curious, a couloir is a French word for a long, narrow chute with rocks on either side that in the winter is filled with snow, and where you may find extreme skiers making hair-raising turns. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this four-bedroom residence is a short 5-minute drive to the ski resort and has easy connections to a network of biking and walking trails. The multi-level duplex has abundant space for guests to spread out and enjoy their own pockets of privacy while still having the perfect gathering spot on the main level in an inviting great room, dining area, and kitchen. This open area is made for entertaining and relaxing. Enjoy the warmth from the towering stone gas fireplace that is the centerpiece of the living area. A striking chandelier hangs like a piece of suspended art over the dining table that seats 10. In addition, there are four stools at the kitchen counter, perfect for a quick breakfast or to chat with the chef at work.
