The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. The Heart of the Valley home (half of a duplex) takes its name from its pristine views of the Yampa Valley and convenient location. This beautiful four-level home has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and sleeps 10 people comfortably. The main level features an open living area with a gas fireplace and spectacular views of the valley. Off of the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. On the same level you will find a bedroom with a queen sized bed, views of Emerald Mountain and access to the deck. On the third level is another bedroom with a king sized bed and private bath. The master suite is on the top level and has a large master bath, amazing views and a king sized bed. The lower level features contains another large living area with its own gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and surround sound. The bunk room is also located on this level with 2 sets of twin bunk beds.

Alpenglow offers condominiums throughout the second and third floors of the Alpenglow Building in downtown Steamboat Springs. The home is equipped with an elevator, however the spectacular mountain views are best enjoyed via the stunning open staircase constructed of timbers and steel which descends alongside a four story window. The main floor features a great room with vaulted ceilings, wide-plank rustic wood flooring, and an oversized stone fireplace. The open floor plan connects the living area to the gourmet kitchen and dining area, which has seating for 12. Downstairs on the mid-level there is an additional kitchen, dining, and living area. Five bedrooms, spread over three floors, allow ample room for a large group or various families. The master bedroom on the main level has a gas fireplace and private access to the covered balcony. On the mid-level, the bunkroom can be converted into two smaller bedrooms allowing for flexibility. A second master suite with private bath offers views of the valley and the Sleeping Giant Mountain. There is a third master suite and a queen suite, each featuring a private en suite bath. A sports bar/den and recreation room can be found on the lower level. The flat screen TV means you won't miss a play during a big game and rivalries can be settled over the pool table. The bar has a small refrigerator, a wine refrigerator, and small dishwasher. This level is home to a covered deck with hot tub. Half baths are conveniently located on all three living levels adjacent to living areas. Due to its impressive size of 7,164 square feet, this home feels more like you are staying in your own private lodge than a vacation home. For larger groups of up to 32 guests the North and South sides of this spectacular home can be combined as Falconhead Grande Lodge, with over 14,000 square feet of living space.

Storm Watch Condominium guests can access the slopes and the mountain village via foot or shuttle. These 1 and 2 bedroom units come equipped with a full kitchen, gas fireplace and private deck with stunning views of Mt. Werner and the south valley. Storm Watch also has a common area hot tub in the winter season and laundry facilities. The Storm Watch complex offers guests a great location at an affordable price.

Elk Run Townhomes are ideal for family and friends looking for a quiet setting and large living space. These townhomes offer upscale townhomes that feature cathedral ceilings, fully-equipped kitchens, river rock fireplaces, private decks, in-unit washers and dryers and a 1-car garage. After a long day of Steamboat adventures relax in one of the two outdoor hot tubs on the premises.
