The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. The Ponderosa Lodge sits just under the Steamboat Gondola, high above the valley floor and takes its name from the grand Ponderosa Pine tree in the front yard. On three levels with over 6,000 square feet, this beautiful log home has 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10 people comfortably. The main level features a large living area with a wood-burning fireplace and incredible views of the entire valley. The master suite is on this level with a king bed and its own gas fireplace. There is also a half bath and an office with a pull-out queen bed on the main level. The upper level has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with twin bunk beds and another twin bed. These two bedrooms share a bath. The lower level features another living area with its own gas fireplace, large TV, bar with refrigerator, and a closet full of games. There are three bedrooms and two baths on this level. The first bedroom has a king bed and its own gas fireplace. Off of this bedroom is a small windowless room with a crib and changing table. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third features a bunk bed (twin over full) and a separate twin bed. Every window has majestic views and the extensive south-facing decks feature plenty of deck furniture and a private hot tub (hot tub is available during summer months only).

Panoramic views of Steamboat’s ski area, Sleeping Giant, and the valley will delight you from the rooftop deck at Metropolitan House. Atop this magical deck, you can relax your sore muscles from a day on the mountain in the hot tub, or kick back with a cocktail while admiring Steamboat Springs. On the ground level of this beautiful townhome is a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to the heated garage for ski storage. On the third level of the home, you will find the master bedroom with a large picture window with views of the mountain, a four-poster bed, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms include a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed and a split King / 2 XL Twin beds bedroom, both with access to the full bathroom in the hallway. Keep following the stairs up one more level to the showstopper of this home – the rooftop deck! Here you will be greeted by a stunning panoramic view of Steamboat Springs. The ski area straight ahead, town to the west, and Emerald Mountain to the south. You really get it all up here! Enjoy a soak in the hot tub, relax in the Adirondack chairs, or sit with a snack or meal at the bartop table. You’ll quickly find this to be your favorite spot in the home!
