The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. The Pines Condominiums are situated in the heart of the Pine Grove neighborhood, between the ski area base and downtown Steamboat Springs. Each condo has a fireplace, washer/dryer and wireless internet access. The property has a seasonal community hot tub.

Every bedroom even has its very own private bathroom, and most of our units feature 3 fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a comfortable dining room. Champagne Lodge at Trappeur's Crossing is located just two blocks from Steamboat ski resort’s Gondola. This well-located lodge offers condominiums with fully equipped kitchens, private balconies and gas fireplaces. Each unit includes a washer and dryer. Guests will enjoy the numerous outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs. There is also a sauna, fitness facility, computer lounge, library, fitness center, and underground heated parking.

Saddle Creek Townhomes feature vaulted ceilings and large spacious living areas. All Saddle Creek Townhomes come equipped with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, private garage, washer/dryer and a private deck. These townhomes are located in a nice, quiet residential area near the mountain village. The free city shuttle stops very close to the property, allowing for easy access to Steamboat's slopes.

Chalet Couloir (pronounced “koo-lwar”) is a beautifully renovated home with loads of natural light, stylish furnishings, and gorgeous views from the ski mountain. For those of you curious, a couloir is a French word for a long, narrow chute with rocks on either side that in the winter is filled with snow, and where you may find extreme skiers making hair-raising turns. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this four-bedroom residence is a short 5-minute drive to the ski resort and has easy connections to a network of biking and walking trails. The multi-level duplex has abundant space for guests to spread out and enjoy their own pockets of privacy while still having the perfect gathering spot on the main level in an inviting great room, dining area, and kitchen. This open area is made for entertaining and relaxing. Enjoy the warmth from the towering stone gas fireplace that is the centerpiece of the living area. A striking chandelier hangs like a piece of suspended art over the dining table that seats 10. In addition, there are four stools at the kitchen counter, perfect for a quick breakfast or to chat with the chef at work.

With large windows, an open floor plan and high ceilings, Wildhorse Chalet is a comfortable retreat for one or two families after a day's adventures on the mountain. It offers all the space, comfort and privacy of a private home, but you still have access to the pool, fitness room, seasonal shuttle, gondola and other amenities found at the adjacent Trailhead Lodge. The main floor is perfect for entertaining. With an open layout, your group can enjoy the living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony as a group. There is a stacked stone fireplace to keep everyone warm and cozy while enjoying the 65" flat screen TV or just each other’s company. The upstairs is dedicated to a large master suite. The suite includes a large bedroom, with king bed and a private terrace where you can relax outside in the summer. There is also a luxurious ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, large soaking tub and spacious shower. Downstairs is where you will find the other two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The guest master has a king bed and the third offers a set of twin bunks with a twin trundle bed and a queen bed to sleep up to five guests. All bedrooms have their own TV. The home offers everything you would expect from a modern house including, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, plush towels and comfortable bath robes. In addition, you can take advantage of all the amenities next door at Trailhead Lodge. These include a fitness room, outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, game room, gondola to the base, seasonal shuttle and more.
