The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. A quick, complimentary, winter-only shuttle whisks you from Scandinavian Lodge directly to the Thunderhead chairlift, which transports you straight to the same mid-mountain location accessed by the gondola. Scandinavian Lodge guests enjoy an outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna, perfect for hard-earned relaxation after a day on the slopes. Additional complimentary wintertime shuttle service is available to the grocery store or downtown Steamboat Springs, for dining, entertainment and shopping options. Emerald Lodge at Trappeur’s Crossing guests enjoy spectacular views and convenience to the Steamboat Mountain Resort, just 2 blocks away. Emerald Lodge guests have access to Trappeur’s Crossing Resort amenities, including four seasonal pools, ten hot tubs, a sauna, fitness center, conference space, business center, fire pit, outdoor patio area, poolside BBQ grills and a public lounge area. During the ski season, all guests are able to take advantage of the ski area loop shuttle and on-call valet shuttle service to downtown shops and restaurants as well as local grocery stores.

Gondola Run A is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with a large living area, an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.

Every bedroom even has its very own private bathroom, and most of our units feature 3 fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a comfortable dining room. Our largest unit has vaulted ceilings in the main floor living area. Every townhome also features a pool table, a foosball table, or both, as well as complimentary wireless internet access.

Ski Ranch Condominiums offer spacious and affordable 1 and 2 bedroom condos, each with a full kitchen, wood fireplace and private deck to enjoy the sun.
