What a spectacular resort. My family of 4 stayed in a 2 bedroom residence and from the moment we walked in we knew we had discovered the gem of all gems. And we are pretty spoiled having stayed at a fair number of top resorts. The resort provides every amenity you could want. The beds were very comfortable and while the turndown service was off (couldn't seem to get the time right 4 or the 5 nights)the attention to detail was really great. Humidifiers for every room, carafes of water next to every bed were just two of the special touches that made our stay so comfortable. The employees could not have been nicer or more helpful. While the resort is total luxury there is no pretense or stuffiness. Our only complaints were the washer and dryer did not work well and the service in the main restaurant was horrible. As a result, we chose not to eat there after our first meal. We highly recommend this property.

The hotel is beautiful and very easy for skiers, since it is on a slope. The staff for ski rentals, is very friendly, and always helpful. Our overall experience has been great. Hope to be able to go back soon.
