Ski.com Hires Michael Cleary as Vice President, Sales and Business Development and Names Kris McKinnon Vice President, Marketing and Operations

Aspen, Colo. – August 4, 2009 –Ski.com (http://www.ski.com), North America's largest provider of mountain vacations, today announced that Michael Cleary has been hired as vice president, sales and business development. Cleary, who comes to Ski.com from EF College Break, will manage the company's overall sales efforts, including Ski.com's industry-leading Mountain Vacation Specialists. Additionally, he will spearhead all future business development opportunities. Cleary assumes this role immediately and will report to Harry Peisach, Ski.com president/CEO.

Cleary has nearly 20 years of sales experience beginning in the ski industry in 1990. Since then he has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility, including president for Winged Victory USA, LLC.

Mike has a solid reputation and strong relationships in the ski industry and he understands the intricacies of our business," said Harry Peisach, Ski.com president/CEO. His consistently successful record speaks for itself and makes him an excellent addition to Ski.com's executive team."

Kris McKinnon will now be assuming the role of managing Ski.com's operations department and has been appointed vice president, marketing and operations. In addition to her ongoing role leading Ski.com's marketing efforts, she will now be managing vendor relations and contracting.
