Abode at Silver Mountain is a charming 1909 historic home in the heart of Old Town Park City. It was extensively renovated in 2014. This unique 3 bedroom 2 bath property is situated on 2.5 Old Town lots, which affords plenty of space for outdoor entertaining amid beautiful Aspen trees. This home is in a prime location on quaint Norfolk Avenue, which is a 3 minute walk to the Town ski run, a 5 minute walk to historic Main Street and a 7-8 minute walk to Park City Mountain Resort. The home includes restored vintage hardwood floors, an outdoor hot tub and wood-burning stove, making for a welcome retreat after a long day of skiing or hiking. There’s a California king in the master bedroom, one queen and two twin beds in each of the lower bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the den/media room. Guests can use dedicated, off-street parking for up to two cars.

Gorgeous, Dog-Friendly, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home nestled on a private 2 1/2 acre lot with expansive mountain views and the stunning Swaner Preserve. Bedding in the rental includes 1 King bed and in the remodeled, master bedroom, and 1 Queen bed in the second bedroom, and 1 Queen in the third bedroom and a twin daybed in the fourth bedroom. Both the master and second bedrooms boast ensuite bathrooms, and the third room has a separate, full bath.
