Gorgeous, Dog-Friendly, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home nestled on a private 2 1/2 acre lot with expansive mountain views and the stunning Swaner Preserve. Just a 5-10 minute drive to restaurants, shopping and resorts, this spacious and cozy home sleeps 7 and provides the ultimate winter wonderland experience with access to everything you need, but privacy from the hustle and bustle of being in-town. The Old Ranch Road home is on the Swaner Preserve and includes a washer/dryer, a mountain view, wi-fi internet access, fireplaces and plenty of space for guests to spread out. Bedding in the rental includes 1 King bed and in the remodeled, master bedroom, and 1 Queen bed in the second bedroom, and 1 Queen in the third bedroom and a twin daybed in the fourth bedroom. 1120 Empire is an A-frame duplex 3/10ths of a mile up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It consists of two units, each one with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. There is a deck shared by the two units, with a common area hot tub. Each unit has a gas fireplace and laundry facilities. Unit A is about 1700 square feet and Unit B is about 2000 square feet.

The Timber Wolf Lodge condominiums are located one mile from Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort, three miles from downtown Park City, and two miles from I-80 and the Redstone shopping complex. Lodge-style construction and upscale furnishings make these an ideal getaway in the mountains. The complex offers two separate outdoor hot tubs. There is a shuttle stop within a few blocks, or if you have your own vehicle, there is underground parking for one vehicle per unit, as well as outside parking for large vehicles and overflow.

Four luxury townhomes comprise the Sunflower complex in Park City, UT. Situated on Park Avenue at the start of Old Town, these townhomes can be combined to fit any size family or group. A short walk will take you and your guests to Historic Main Street in downtown Park City and the Park City Mountain Resort’s Town Chair Lift. Four hundred feet and you will be at the PCMR Three Kings Chair Lift and the Park City Golf Course. You and your guests will enjoy all the modern amenities like hardwood floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. A bus stop right in front of the homes allow access to the area’s attractions. However, with everything being in walking distance you may never use the bus.
