Two outdoor relaxing pools and one outdoor spa are available for guests to enjoy, as is a fitness center, guest laundry facilities, and underground parking for one vehicle per unit. Besides its ideal location, the Snow Flower is close to the shuttle stop that offers service to all Park City resorts. 1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.

820 Park Avenue Condominium's prime location provides exceptional convenience and mountain access in addition to proximity to the vibrant Main Street community. 820 Park Avenue is located within yards of the Town Lift for lift access to Park City Mountain. 1120 Empire is an A-frame duplex 3/10ths of a mile up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It consists of two units, each one with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. There is a deck shared by the two units, with a common area hot tub. Each unit has a gas fireplace and laundry facilities. Unit A is about 1700 square feet and Unit B is about 2000 square feet.
