Nice accommodations for the price. The breakfast is terrific. The front desk friendly and helpful. I requested a humidifier at the front desk and by the time I walked up to my room on the 2nd floor someone was already there installing it. The pool and hot tubs are great. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay at the Park City Peaks Hotel although we have stayed at places with bigger rooms and more professional service - but those places were also more expensive. I've read reviews about the rooms being small here, and do have to confirm that. However, if you're only a party of 2 or 3, a regular room (2 queen beds) is absolutely OK, especially if you're going to be out skiing most of the time anyway. The only drawback, really, was that there was no ideal space to dry your wet or damp skiing clothes and boots. It would also have been nice to be able to air the room. My son just saw me writing this review and said: don't forget to mention and praise the cookie cart! This was indeed a wonderful, sweet gesture of the hotel: every late afternoon, they served cookies and hot cider in the wonderfully cozy lobby (with a real fire place!), and for those guests who preferred to stay in their rooms, they passed along all corridors, knocked and offered the cookies at your door! There was also complimentary coffee in the lobby all day long - on our last day, they exchanged the coffee machine for an upgraded version from which you could also extract espresso and hot chocolate. And the barman made excellent tequilas. The housekeeping service was not always perfectly professional, and the breakfast foods were never really hot enough (french toasts, pancakes, etc.) but all staff were always really friendly. The location of the hotel was good in that the bus stopped right in front of it and dropped you off at the Park City Mountain Resort or the Canyons lifts, or in downtown Park City. The bus runs very regularly, on average three times per hour. However, you could not walk to any of these places. We also loved the hot tub with a view of some of the ski slopes, the proximity to the main road did not detract from the enjoyment at all.
