Ski.com Inside Track for August 16, 2011

While many people are still in summer mode, the Ski.com crew has been working hard getting ready for the coming ski season. In fact, last week roughly 60 Ski.comers, including our Mountain Vacation Specialists, administrative staff and the beloved four partners behind the name, all gathered at the beautiful St. Regis Aspen Resort in our hometown for our annual meeting. The vibe was positive with an overall feeling of celebration and nostalgia as we discussed the upcoming season, our 40th. Stories were shared from years past and laughter was enjoyed by all as we reflected on the last four decades.

The meeting wasn't all fun and games however, as we were there to get down to business. Gears quickly switched as we excitedly looked forward at what's to come for the company, our more than 100 partner resorts across the globe and the ski industry as a whole. In the coming weeks we'll be informing you of all of the happenings in Ski Country and letting you know about some great updates at Ski.com as well.
