Terrific Ski Resort!

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Megeve. The night we arrived it was snowing, so we had a nice dusting of powder for skiing the next morning - and blue sky, with magnificent views of Mont Blanc. Megeve grooms their runs impeccably - great ballroom skiing! The Village is fantastic. Every day after skiing, the horse-drawn sleighs line up in the village square. Families love taking rides in the sleighs. Then there's the apres ski in the cafes and upscale shopping. Our hotel was a lovely four star located right around the corner from the Chamois gondola, very convenient. I loved the village atmosphere along with the country/farm surroundings.
