As you step into our home, you'll be welcomed by the inviting ground floor. This area boasts a stylish, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops, perfect for those who love to cook. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, where you can enjoy your meals with beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes. The cozy living room, complete with a warming wood stove, offers a tranquil space to relax after a day on the slopes. You'll also find a spacious deck complete with a charcoal grill, ideal for those chill-out barbecue evenings with family and friends. This floor also houses two bedrooms, one featuring twin beds and another adorned with a comfortable queen bed. A full bathroom is conveniently located for these bedrooms. The lower level of the house continues the cozy, stylish theme. Here you'll find a family room - perfect for late-night games or movie nights. A mudroom provides ample space to store your skiing gear. Two additional bedrooms are located on this floor, both furnished with sturdy bunk beds. One of these bedrooms also has an additional twin bed. A full bathroom is available on this level for convenience and privacy. Takeover the Inn! The Birch Ridge is available for your group or family to rent as one entire ski lodge. We can sleep up to 28 people in our 11 rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms (some with gas fireplaces & jacuzzi tubs). Most rooms feature a king or queen bed, but we have two family rooms with queen beds & twin over full bunk beds, and one two-floor loft suite with queen bed, sofa bed & kitchenette. In addition to the rooms, you'll have full run of the house which includes an amazing renovated A-frame Great Room with lounge & bar, dining room with pool table, large entryway & sitting area with games & flat screen TV. One additional half bathroom completes the property. The commercial kitchen is available for guests, or you may hire a private chef for your stay & they can takeover the kitchen & dining room too! Located right on the main road in Killington, you're 1.6 miles to the base & can walk to the Sunup bakery for breakfast or The Wobbly Barn for dinner & nightlife. You can even catch the shuttle to the mountain on the main road! The charming covered carriageway makes this a true Vermont experience & doubles as a place to park your cars in the event of a snowstorm! Two large outdoor hot tubs are available for soaking your sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Our event space next to the property is a tented area with tables and chairs and available to rent separately during the spring, summer and fall.
