The left unit of this duplex home is located directly across from Pico Mountain (3 min) and a short ten minute drive to Killington Resort. Featuring a renovated ground floor and unrenovated ski-house style upstairs, you'll have exclusive access to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area and outdoor hot tub (optional setup fee applies mid-March to mid-December). Your group will have plenty of room to relax after a day on the slopes or enjoying the many outdoor activities in the area. Hang out in the living room together, relax in the hot tub or retreat to your bedroom to catch a show. This is a great spot for your vacation!

The Giguere Home at Killington is a beautiful single-family home with a lot of local history and full of many fond memories. Come create your own treasured memories in this charming 3 floor, 5 bedroom, 5 and a half bathroom home. Renovated in 2022, the house features all new furnishings, new bedding, new appliances, new carpeting and a new hot tub! As you enter the home on the ground floor, you'll find a large living room with gas fireplace that flows to the large dining area and open kitchen with half bathroom, plus one of the ensuite bedrooms. Accommodations include studio with kitchenette to 3 bedroom condos complete with a kitchen, fireplace, and balcony and are non-smoking. An evening shuttle service is available in winter to the dining and nightlife on the famous Killington Road.
