Do not stay in River Run condos
First condo assigned (Black Bear)overlooked a roof with 100 beer cans, and was directly across from a parking lot. Second condo assigned (Red Hawk) was a slum: no dressers for clothes, broken bedroom door, no cable TV, no radio, no DVD player, two old 18 inch tube TVs, and no view of the mountain. After making an issue of these poor assignments, we were finally given a condo in Dakota.
When the coffee pot broke, it took four calls to the desk to get a replacement....they insisted we didn't know how to use the coffe pot!

Great Location
The location was great. Close to shopping and skiing. The condo set up was great, with ski lockers on site, but the beds lacked comfort. The pull out couch really lacked substance. Thank goodness kids were sleeping on it :-)
Great location...poor service.
When we first arrived, the room we were supposed to check into was occupied with unregistered guest. We were then moved to a different room at the very end of the complex with never ending hallways and the last room from te elevator on the top floor ( not fun to carry skis and walk in boots). Housekeeping only came to or room on our last day and only took out the garbage. They did not make the bed or give us clean towels. The bed was very uncomfortable and our fridge was broken when we first arrived. I would not stay here again. I have stayed at several properties at keystone and this one was by far the worst.
Nice enough place to stay but...
Nice enough place to stay but one hot tub was closed for repairs the entire week and the other hot tub only worked for a day or two. Somewhat of a long walk to the gondola, certainly not what we were expecting. Big differences between the 2 bedroom condos, ours was quite small compared to another two beedroom that had to be almost 1,500 square feet. Ask for the spacious corner units.
Nice Unit in "Hotel Like" Complex
Can't beat the convenience of River Run at Keystone. Our 2 bedroom unit was roomy, and reasonably well kept. It could have used a bit of carpet cleaning, though. The guest service staff was very responsive and helpful. We got a nice surprise of a small helmet cam and some "Mountain Money" from the resort - unexpected and appreciated.
