This true ski-in/ski-out lodge is located right in the heart of Silver Lake Village at Deer Valley, providing one of the most convenient locations in all of Park City. The lodge itself includes a common area game room, exercise facility and easy access to all of the shops and restaurants in Silver Lake. Sterling Lodge offers direct ski-in/ski-out access from the fourth floor of the building. From the common area ski prep room, walk up a short flight of stairs and be directly on the Silver Link ski trail that will take you to a variety of lifts at Deer Valley resort. When you’re ready to head in for the day, simply ski back down Silver Link right to the back door of the lodge. The property has underground garage and is located 4 miles from Park City Mountain Resort and 2.5 miles to Park City’s historic Main Street. The free bus stops about 50 yards away.

Located in Lower Deer Valley, this 4 bedroom, 4 bath tri-level Lakeside end unit has mountain and lake views. It is approximately 2,883 square feet in size. The main level, which is up two short flights of stairs, has an open concept family room and kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Behind the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6, and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace with gas assist. These rooms have access to a wrap-around deck, with great lake and mountain views. The condo has a 2-car garage and laundry room. There is a community pool and hot tub, open summer and winter only. The free City Bus stops about 2 blocks away.

Flagstaff offers direct ski access right outside the door via the Silver Strike Express chair lift. In the summer there are great hiking and biking trails, like Shenanigan’s, to see breathtaking views, Aspen groves and wildflowers. The Abode at Flagstaff has especially discriminating interiors utilizing the finest stone and most beautiful touches at every turn. The master bathroom boasts spectacular spa amenities such as heated floors and a fireplace at the foot of the tub. Abode on Stonebridge is a 2,300 square foot 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with a private outdoor hot tub on the deck, a steam shower, and wireless internet. It has a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, and the third bedroom is perfect for children, with two twins plus a kid-style bunk. There’s no need for a car as the complimentary town shuttle stops right outside the property.
