Located in the Nordic Village neighborhood of Deer Valley, in the Snow Park area, this luxurious private home is quite spacious and has unobstructed views in the winter of the ski runs and surrounding mountains. The house is multi level, and is approximately 3800 square feet in size. The main level consists of the kitchen, living room, dining room, and the second bedroom. The kitchen adjoins the dining area, with a 2-way fireplace separating it from the living room, and a deck outside with private hot tub runs the length of the house from the kitchen back to the living room. Up ½ level is the third bedroom, and one more ½ flight up is the master bedroom suite. Down ½ flight from the main level is the fourth bedroom, and the family room and fifth bedroom are on the lower level, as is a sauna.

This gorgeous Silverlake condo has it all! The Silverbird complex is located within only a few minutes walk of the lifts at mid-mountain Deer Valley while still maintaining a private, relaxing environment. There are few ways in the world to relax more than to enjoy the sweeping panoramic views that are available from the kitchen, dining room and living room.

Located mid-mountain in Silver Lake Village, Black Bear Lodge is just a short walk to Sterling Express chairlift and Silver Lake Lodge. The Boulder Creek Condominiums are conveniently located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley, between Main Street and the Deer Valley Resort, with easy access to the free bus. Deer Valley Resort and Park City Main Street are both a quick two minute bus ride away. This recently redecorated and upgraded condo is very spacious, approximately 1700 square feet, with log and wood trim throughout with an abundance of natural light. Boulder Creek is three levels: the master bedroom suite is upstairs, the kitchen, living room, dining area and the second bedroom are on the main level, and the third bedroom is downstairs. The private, outdoor hot tub is located on the deck nestled against the wooded hillside, accessed through the master bedroom. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, 42" flat-screen HDTV, DVD, CD stereo, a full size sofa sleeper and adjoins the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen contains brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counters and tile flooring. There is also a gas BBQ grill on deck off dining room. The dining room has seating for six people with three barstools at the kitchen counter. The master bedroom has a king bed, vaulted ceilings with a fan, flat-screen TV and a spacious bathroom outside bedroom door with a double vanity and jetted tub. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, a twin daybed, flat-screen TV and an adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin bed and an adjoining bathroom. Other amenities include a hot tub for winter use only, a brand new washer and dryer, an attached garage, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

With a great location in Empire Pass, The Flagstaff properties features truly panoramic views of Empire Canyon, Jupiter Peak and beyond. This Flagstaff unit in particular has been finished with an upscale vacationer in mind. Interested in ski in/ski out convenience? Flagstaff offers direct ski access right outside the door via the Silver Strike Express chair lift. In the summer there are great hiking and biking trails, like Shenanigan’s, to see breathtaking views, Aspen groves and wildflowers. The Abode at Flagstaff has especially discriminating interiors utilizing the finest stone and most beautiful touches at every turn. The master bathroom boasts spectacular spa amenities such as heated floors and a fireplace at the foot of the tub. For apres ski, enjoy The Pub in the lobby of the Flagstaff building where guests can relax and have a drink. The Pub also offers daily continental breakfast for exclusive guest use. La Maconnerie is a small subdivision of luxury townhomes in the Lower Deer Valley resort area. They are located slope side, just above the Snow Park area of Deer Valley, with ski-in/out access to the Success ski run and great views of the ski runs at Deer Valley. These are highly sought after vacation rentals with tons of space and high-end finishes. Townhomes include private outdoor hot tubs, 2-car garages and laundry facilities. There is also a summer season pool for the complex.
