It is a very spacious, open home (approximately 5,000 square feet) and is situated on a three-level floor plan. You enter the home from the lower level where you will find the two-car garage, family room, ski prep room, laundry room as well as the fourth and fifth bedrooms. Just up the first flight of steps on the main level is the great room, dining room, kitchen, master suite, and an additional king bedroom. The hot tub deck with gas barbecue and outdoor seating is also located on the main level. On the upper level is the Junior master suite with king bed and full bathroom attached.

Greyhawk condominiums are centrally located just 1/2 mile from Deer Valley Resort and are on the free shuttle route. Enjoy a beautiful condominium located on Deer Valley Drive at the entrance to Deer Valley Resort and within a short half mile walking distance to Park City’s historic Main Street with its many shops, clubs, and over 100 restaurants. This true ski-in/ski-out lodge is located right in the heart of Silver Lake Village at Deer Valley, providing one of the most convenient locations in all of Park City. The lodge itself includes a common area game room, exercise facility and easy access to all of the shops and restaurants in Silver Lake. Sterling Lodge offers direct ski-in/ski-out access from the fourth floor of the building. From the common area ski prep room, walk up a short flight of stairs and be directly on the Silver Link ski trail that will take you to a variety of lifts at Deer Valley resort. When you’re ready to head in for the day, simply ski back down Silver Link right to the back door of the lodge. The property has underground garage and is located 4 miles from Park City Mountain Resort and 2.5 miles to Park City’s historic Main Street. The free bus stops about 50 yards away.

This gorgeous private home is located in the Solamere neighborhood of lower Deer Valley. It has beautiful views, high quality finishes and designer furnishings, wonderful amenities, and is very spacious (approximately 6,000 square feet). Wood accents throughout, including log railings and posts, hardwood floors, as well as an open and bright floor plan. The main entry level is the living room, kitchen and dining room combined into a beautiful great room, and the private hot tub on a deck just outside the dining area.
