It is a very spacious, open home (approximately 5,000 square feet) and is situated on a three-level floor plan. You enter the home from the lower level where you will find the two-car garage, family room, ski prep room, laundry room as well as the fourth and fifth bedrooms. Just up the first flight of steps on the main level is the great room, dining room, kitchen, master suite, and an additional king bedroom. The Abode in Solamere is a 3 bedroom plus den, 3.5 bath upscale home in Lower Deer Valley. The home is great for a family or a group of friends, with two queen-size beds and one set of twin beds. It’s on the shuttle route with easy access to Snow Park Lodge at the base of Deer Valley. The open floor plan offers over 3,000 square feet of comfortable living space with vaulted ceilings and unobstructed views of the nearby slopes.
